Summary: A small group takes a short expedition into the outlands.

Notes: Any format goes; feel free to create your own threads outside the subthreads if you want to.
It's later that he'd planned, but the ship crashing into the housing building had thrown off Tintin's plans a bit. The morning of the 13th dawns cold and grey and rainy - not much of a surprise - and finds Tintin and a medium sized terrier, Snowy, at the meeting point he'd sent to the others via private message. He's wearing backpacking gear and for all intents and purposes looks more than ready to spend a few days roughing it despite the foul weather.
He waits near the edge of the hold market, bouncing on the balls of his feet as he scans the area for the rest of the group.

[Hesitantly, Juvia steps forward and gives his hand a shake as well. She doesn't know what to think of him just yet, but he seems kind enough, and the other guild members are already friendly towards him, so...
She nods]
Juvia is certain Mr. Natsu and Miss Lucy will be able to tell you more about the guild than than me.

[ No hiding, missy, Lucy is going to make sure you make friends and have a good time and BE HAPPY OR SO HELP ME GOD -- -cough- Lucy glances around curiously. She'll make nice with the puppy in a minute because PUPPY. SHe had a dog when she was little, but he was bigger than Snowy. And a different breed. ]

And I do believe that's everyone. I suppose we might as well head out then; I imagine I don't have to tell anyone that we had best be careful. There's apparently all kinds of animals out there and most of them aren't the friendly sort.

Yeah we're pretty good at this adventuring thing so monsters and stuff aren't a problem. I'll kick their ass before they can even touch us.

[She did like talking about some, but in truth Juvia didn't like talking about all her experiences, particularly her time spent before she came to Fairy Tail. The guild already knew about it, but she still didn't like bringing it up (for the most part...)]
Mr. Natsu is right, the monsters won't be a problem for us, with our magic and everything. But is it really safe for Mr. Tintin?

[Hefting his pack, he rocks back slightly on his heels. Again: that moment where it seems like the weight of the pack might bring him over backwards, but then he tips back onto his toes with an eager grin.]
