Summary: Sheena's checking in like she promised.

[It's kind of late. Sheena knows this, but she doesn't really care. She hesitates before knocking quietly on the door to Zelos' apartment. Hopefully she can catch him before he's left for the night shift. If not, she'll just leave the food and go, and they can talk later. Or never.

But... there's something nagging at her. She hasn't been entirely reasonable with him lately, and this is the best she can do for an apology.

Her grip on the edges of the covered bowl tightens slightly. She looks to the side, waiting for someone to answer the door.]

[No, the blushing certainly doesn't help. Nor does the heartbeat, which he's actually listening to for once. Sheena was someone he normally didn't bother with, she was so terribly honest he never felt the need. She couldn't carry a lie to save her life.]

[Just like now. Every single sense could point out that it was a lie.]

[This wasn't...shit. He knows that other guys would be thrilled to hear that maybe the girl they've liked for years likes them back. That's a normal thing to be thrilled about right? But...he wasn't exactly like normal guys.]
