Date & Time: Vague late July, early June
Location: All over, especially where the damage is the worst.
Characters: Eilonwy and you (???)
Summary: Eilonwy explores Exsilium after the bombing, trying to find ways to help.
Warnings: N/A
Eilonwy never liked to ask permission. It seemed rather pointless, when you'd already made up your mind. Apples do not have lips to ask the ground, but they fall anyway. But here there was no one for her to ask, and the freedom made her unfamiliar. Knowing what to do was very helpful, even if you did not plan on doing it.
And here, she did not know what to do.
Oh, she thought she did, at first, she was quite certain that she had to escape. There were people counting on her at home. Counting on her for proper curtsies and polite conversation, but counting on her nonetheless. But then the bombing happened, and she realized that the people here needed help, too.
Not that she was exactly sure how to go about it. Today she was climbing through the rubble, her knees scraped and hair wild, looking for mouths to feed or shoulders to throw blankets on. To help people, you know. Hmmph.

"You are the only individual I have seen from above for some time in this area." He sweeps the area with his gaze before regarding her once more, "You seek to aid any in the area? Admirable,"

Eilonwy then shook her head. She did not think she was being particularly admirable. You didn't praise someone for journeying to the well and not filling up their bucket. But she didn't know how to best express this sentiment to a dragon.

When many of the natives were particularly adverse to Transports even to the point of fights. Some lesser people would refuse to go to lengths it seemed that this girl was doing.
"Perhaps I shall aid you in your endeavor, should you wish it," he offers with the slightest dip of his head, "I do not believe we have had the chance of introductions however, I am dragonlord Crucible of Sanction, of the world of Krynn,"

"I am Eilonwy, daughter of Angharad, daughter of Regat, daughter of— oh, it’s such a bother going through all that."

Casting his gaze about, no doubt he was quite conspicuous in his current form so with a shrug of his wings a glow took to his form, rapidly shrinking down to that of a small orange tom cat that picked its way around the rubble over to her. When he next spoke, it was directly into her mind. The cat before her just giving a slight meow.
'Natives tend to overlook the presence of cats, I've found. Apart from the occasional individual,'

"May I pet you?"
Cats' chins have a way of looking like they ought to be scratched.

'You may,'
Though he did not say as much, he was quite partial to as much.

It was a good and very thorough scratch: behind the ears and under the chin.

The scritches however were very much appreciated however, far from resisting as he leaned into the scratches as many cats would. An appreciative light purr soon drawn from him at the thoroughness of her scritches. Even a dragon as large and powerful as he could still enjoy such things after all.
