Naoya breathes a sigh of utter relief once they get to shelter, even though technically they could still be spotted if that damn guard passes this way again, but it looks like they'll be okay -- especially if his companions' stolen lab coats are any indication. They do look like guys who can take care of themselves. At least there's that.
He's starting to feel like the mook here again, which is never a good feeling. But hey, he's made it this far. On the other hand...
"... You're telling me we've already lost half our party and we haven't even made it inside yet? I swear, the Initiative needs to work on their organization. They really do." And maybe on their training instead of throwing unsuspecting teenagers into the fire, please. "If they've captured him, though, shouldn't they be more suspicious? There'd be more guards and stuff..."
But wait, this isn't even the time for that. That one guard will be coming back any minute--
"No, hang on, you're right. We gotta get inside first, but, um. Can either of you open these doors?" Because there are a couple of doors, of course. They're just bolted shut with no door handles or anything and Naoya has a feeling they don't want to go around breaking windows.
