(no subject)

Date & Time: late september after arriving on moonbase
Location: dorm pod
Characters: Lelouch and Kallen
Summary: Lelouch needs to ditch his Zero stuff on Kallen again, also discussing what to do now that they're stuck on the moon.
Warnings: Probably nothing.

[This had certainly been a turn of events Lelouch didn't like, that he couldn't predict properly. This wasn't a safe place for Nunnally, and it kept him constantly on edge. There was still the matter of keeping Zero's identity a secret, which was a lot harder in smaller quarters where he had no really place to hide the brief case containing his mask and clothes. So it was back to relying on Kallen to take care of it until he wanted to make Zero a presence again. But here, he needed to take care of Nunnally first and foremost. If there were missions to do, then Zero could be used for those, but that was the least of his concerns with his sister here.

He stops in front of the pod Kallen's staying in, checking the hallway and re-situating the case as he knocks quickly. The sooner he gets it out of sight, the better his chances of not being caught by Suzaku with it in a stroke of bad luck.]

[Almost as soon as Lelouch finishes his second knock, the door to the pod opens, and Kallen's standing there with a raised brow. She doesn't appear surprised or curious at all. In fact, she looks as if she's been waiting. Stepping aside, the young woman leaves him just enough room to slip inside with his package. (He doesn't need a lot of room.)

Once he passes her, the door closes. He can probably hear her sigh a little as she turns to face him.]

I was betting on another few hours at least.

At least your logic overrules your pride this time. [The statement is her own way of agreeing with him without directly saying so; they have to keep some things the same, after all.]

How's Nunnally?
