[Perhaps the refrigerator cycled at the exact same moment that someone started reheating some of that sorry excuse we have for moon food. Maybe at that exact moment, the power grid strained from bringing another section of the base into life supporting function. Maybe at that exact moment ALL OF THOSE THINGS HAPPENED AT ONCE.


Whatever actually happened, the lights flicker and go dark, leaving only the hallway illumination, and your stomach twists as gravity loses a bit of a grip on you.

You're not FLOATING, but neither are you quite as heavy as you used to be.]

They can be useful when it's dark like this, but it feels really strange to fly when there's no gravity.

I know, right? This whole moon thing is going to take some getting used to.

Yes. I've been in a place that was like this once, but... that was a really different situation.

...Huh? What do you mean?

My friends and I... we traveled to a city that was floating in space! It was a lot like this... but we we weren't there for very long. As soon as we were done, we were able to go home.

...Wow! That's really cool! You traveled there? How come?

It was a little complicated. [hehe] It would probably take a long time to explain.

[acemedium]

Well.. why not, since we're here? We can even backflip while we talk!

Okay. Hm... [she pauses for a moment]

Back home, my friends and I were travelling on a journey! We had to find an ingredient to make a cure, and the only place where we could find this ingredient was a city in the sky! We had never been there, but we had heard about it...

In the end, it was a very strange place.
