Summary: Alisha's had enough of being alone.

[ alisha sort of makes it a point to ignore rudy after they're exchange of texts detailing the kidnappings of last month, pre-shuffle to the moonbase. she's not sure why she does it; she wants to not be alone, yet, being around rudy terrifies her. ]

[ he knows a version of her that has yet to exist. like simon, she knows that she's being held to a shadow of herself that she may or may not blossom into under his eye. alisha's quite tired of disappointing. she's never enough, is she? never enough for simon to stick around, never enough for him to tell her exactly what happens so she can change his and her fates. she learns through the hard way, cold manipulation that takes place around christmas, and not quite understanding — and therefore rejecting and pushing away — people who apparently mean more to her than she can remember, like rudy. ]

[ it's why she barges into his unit, pushing open his door, in the early hours of the morning. she hasn't been able to sleep since the kidnapping, and since the weird werewolf thing … she doesn't feel safe. she's not even sure she'll feel safe with rudy — he's hopeless, even when there's two of him. but he's familiar, and, well, a friend, isn't he? it's about time she starts trusting him, anyway. he's all she has here. ]

Oi. Rudy. [ she really doesn't try to be quiet about it. ]

[Rudy's flat out when Alisha barges in. Rudy Too's a different story, hunched fully dressed on the end of their bunk, though he jumps at her entrance, motioning for her to be quiet even as he shakes his other self awake. Rudy jerks awake with an undignified snort, and some quiet bickering takes place between them before Rudy Too stands up, ushering Alisha back out before they start making more noise than they already have. That doesn't stop him glaring at Rudy over his shoulder as he leaves the room.]

You aren't getting out of this.

[Rudy shakes his head impatiently, pulling a face at Too's nagging.] I'll be out in a minute.

[aphrodisiacs]

[ alisha's not certain what she should be doing in this situation, so, she rolls her eyes, crosses her arms, and leans against the wall as she waits for the rudys to get their shit together. ]

[ she's not going to think on this too much, wondering why he's being all … well, this might be how he usually is. she just doesn't quite know it, yet. but she'll bite down that feeling of being misplaced as she waits, rather patiently for someone of her temper with him, for them — or is it him? — to get his shit together. how is it one version of him has it all and the other one is a mess? ]

[ she mumbles — and not nicely, either: ] Take your time. Not like I'm going anywhere.

[True to his word Rudy emerges soon after, stretching with one arm, scratching his arse with his free hand, still wearing nothing but his underwear despite making them wait before joining them out of his room.]

What d'you want?

[He yawns, and Rudy Too glowers at him, none too happy with Rudy's attitude and state of dress.]

[ alisha doesn't even bother to turn her nose up at rudy's behaviour, nor at his state of dress. ] I wanted to see you, you prick. [ it lacks it's usual fire — if you can call it fire. alisha's uncomfortable; she glances at rudy too, who, she's beginning to learn, is very sensitive and super likeable in this current scenario. ]

We're on a fucking moonbase. Wanted to see if you were safe from the fucking aliens and their probing.
