Date: October 23
Location: A non-descript hall to start
Characters: Maria Thorpe (
givetheslip) and Haytham Kenway (
iniquitas)
Summary: Totally loyal Templars making plans for wtf do they do on the moon
[Maria almost doesn't show up to the meeting place, and only partially because she had trouble finding her way there. A ruined England had been different enough, but now they're trapped in a metal prison on the moon, something she can still barely believe—what point is there to playing along with the belief that she is still loyal? What can even the most ill-intentioned Templar possibly accomplish here?
She doesn't know. But in the end, she can't bring herself to stay ignorant, so she replies to Haytham's message and agrees to meet him at the specified location.
Maybe she'll tell Altaïr about this meeting. But not until later, because she doesn't want to have to worry about an Assassin skulking in the shadows.]
