CLINIC LOG: MUTINY TIME

Location: Transport Moon Clinic
Characters: ANYONE AT THE CLINIC.
Summary: For those poor souls who are at the clinic at any point during the mutiny! Officially the clinic is neutral to the conflict, so people from either side are welcomed!
Warnings: It's a clinic, so really anything goes.

[Were you on the clock when the mutiny started? Just coming in to pick up your paycheck? Or were you just some unlucky soul getting that mysterious rash checked out when the doors decided to shut for several hours? Well welcome to the clinic! Get comfortable! You might be here awhile unless you want to brave some moody doors!]

[But don't worry! There's more than enough to keep you semi-comfortable during the mutiny! The clinic is fully outfitted with medical supplies, mushy and terrible hospital food (as well as jello and pudding), outdated magazines, a few books, a deck of cards, a VHS collection with a VCR and best of all? One of these...thingies.]

[So do what you need to do! Make yourself comfortable, try to escape when the door seems to be open, take a nap, have some food, debate about the mutiny, or see what inappropriate things you can get away with in an exam room! The choice is yours.]

[Oh and I guess there's actually helping people with injuries and illnesses. I guess that's a thing too]

Hey, now that's pretty useful stuff to have in our world!

And well, cleaning and comforting might be the best right now. We got a lot of restless people here.

[ Okay, well, cleaning in the dark might not be easy. ]

Have quite a lot been here long? I know the event hailing those monsters assaulted everyone's wits, and the livelihoods of many.

[wilder]

Me? Yeah, it's been nearly a year now.

How about you? [How long have you been haunting this moon base....]

[ Her smile is small, and forced not to grow more out of amusement. ]

Only a few months, though I meant for those in the clinic.

Oh! Right.

[whoops, he shakes his head!!]

Not too many. I think the worst have only been here a couple days.

Are any opposed to prayers?

[ Saul has made such a big deal about walking on eggshells with that thing. Sigh. She already had to with her alignment, now she has to nix Christianity altogether? Non, non. ]

[there's a pause, before he offers a polite smile]

We don't record their religion, so you'll have to ask them if you wanna do a personal prayer for them.

But if you wanna do a general prayer for everyone, I got nothing against that.

[ensorceler]

[ In that case she'll nod and disappear to you know...do that. She'll just say the Lord's Prayer for anyone who might be unconscious or sleeping, who knows how long that takes!!! Probably not long at all, before she's seeking him out again. ]

I wish I could offer more.

[He'll meanwhile idly watch her. He really isn't a believer of any deity, but he knows how to respect it for other people (people that's not Allen anyway) and the importance of faith for people]

[So he gives a light shrug at the ghost lady]

I know what you mean, but at least you can pray for them. I don't know a single Earth prayer.

I would happily teach you, but it would mean little without your devotion.

[he shrugs]

What if you consider it for giving comfort to others that do have devotion? I mean, people don't really give prayers like that one for themselves, do they?

[ensorceler]

You must be true in your belief to share it so; for prayers to be heard. It is no light matter to accept Jesus Christ as your savior, but I would teach you...

Oh, well...if that's the case then that's alright. I'm pretty sure the Goddess Martel would hate it if I cheated on her with another deity.

It is never gone. But I must not tarry, as there are many to seek. Are you certain there is nothing I need fetch you while the doors are uncooperative?

Right, right. And uh...I dunno, if you can get your hands on better food or something for people to do, I'm sure they'd like that.

What might you consider better?

[a pause before he grabs an unfinished tray of the mushy food to show to her]

Anything that looks more like food than this.

[ensorceler]

[ Get that away from her. Why do they even have that here??? ]

I can find you some better bread, and meat.

[wilder]

[A smile]

Thank you, my lady. I'm in your debt.

[ It might be some time before she returns, since there are a few people between here and there and there and here again. But eventually she'll return, and she's actually unsure if she can bring something with her this way. Considering her clothes move with her, she'll have to hope so.

Voila, it works! Anne strolls in carrying a platter with a cold ham, and white bread rolls. Oh yeah, and some cheese that she found and liked. ]

[At this point in time, Zelos was working on catching up on paperwork after doing some cleaning. he looks up and looks surprised in a happy sort of way to see the food]

Hey, you actually found some!

[ensorceler]

[ Her smile is faint; weary as she kneels somewhat and offers the platter out for him. ]

You will find it satisfactory, I pray, at least until we can free you once again.

[wilder]

[And he'll take the platter, nodding his head in thanks]

Oh I'm sure of it. It already looks loads better.

Hey, don't worry about it! The fact you can get around at all really says something!
