...It might not be a bad idea to set up relief stations around the base, either. Then people wouldn't have to travel so far and risk getting caught up in the fighting. [Asbel spreads his hands - one of them, anyway, since he's still holding the kit in the other.] We could even have people deliver goods from these relief stations.
