But, well... Curry is a rather broad term, isn't it? There's all sorts of varieties from around the world. I like curried chicken, kaeng phet, korma, duck curry, lamb curry, vindaloo, red curry... [ he could keep going for a while. ] I can't make them all, of course, but I'm familiar with them!
