[Because, as usual, this jerk's making his rounds during the first night at the hotel to make sure that everyone's settled in and cozy. Is that any surprise??? No.]

Everyone's here, right, right~? We aren't making any return trips, so if you left anything back home, you'll have to deal with it (ノ^∇^)
It's the same for people~! If any of the Kisaragis got lost, then it's entirely out of our hands~ Nothing we can do~ Nothing at all!

So the Dan finds themselves in a Walmart! One of the Super ones, so it's huge and more likely than not has everything anyone could ever want. You could live in this thing. So what do you do?

Well, Mary finds her way over to the area for more intimate equipment and has discovered yet another back massager ("back massager"). And is, expectedly, cooing over it like it's the coolest thing in the world.]

[Kano's managed to find something that suits him very well and is currently carrying its limp corpse/unstuffed shell around. Isn't it great?? He's even wearing it as a hat. Look at that.]

Uwah, look at that, look at that~ You can even pick accessories for them!

[After all the ruckus they've caused the past few days, things are finally starting to wind down. Kano knows that he's going to miss being able to strut around in the streets instead of the cold confines of the moon station. At the very least, this mission's seemed to lifted everyone's spirits. He's glad for that. They've all needed the break with all the chaos that'd been going on for the past month or so. Knowing that it helped makes Kano happy enough.

So he slips out from the room and out onto the veranda, leaving them to do their own things. He wants to look out at the city before they went back. Maybe take a picture as a keepsake, to remember whenever he needed the reminder.

It's a little chilly, since it's nearing wintertime. But he doesn't mind it. Pulling out a seat, Kano sits down and kicks his feet up, hands folded in his lap.

He's going to miss all this.]

[Momo don't need no bear. She's got one very much unstuffed hippo clutched tightly in her hands as she makes a beeline for the nearest one of her friends.]

[Shintaro's quiet, slipping out of the room. He doesn't mind rowdy. He's used to it, from people he was around two years ago and people he's around now. He's used to it from Momo and Ene and it's not that he minds. But the nighttime air of Earth in the autumn is really nice, and he feels himself relaxing the moment all he hears is the sound of the city and the blow of the wind. And it hits him as odd.

It's not that he's surprised to see Kano this way. Quiet. On his own. A little separated from everyone. It's not that it's strange, or wrong, but he finds himself wondering what might be going through his head. What goes through anyone's head in moments like this.

He pulls the extra can of soda he had in his pocket and reaches over to sit it atop Kano's head.]

[He looks up when she comes over to him, standing in front of the dolls' clothes and accessories with his own rabbit held carefully in his arms. He was wondering what weird animal she would choose but that hippo actually is pretty cute, and he snorts when he sees her holding it.]

You didn't get it stuffed yet?

Yeah, I'm here! What's up?

[She's holding it up in his face! She's seen back massagers before, of course, over at the department store back home, but this one's like, way different? Isn't that interesting? She's not entirely positive why they'd even need more than a few different types, but having some in differing sizes sort of does make sense, when she thinks about it -- smaller ones can reach smaller spots on the back.]

Shintaro, look...! Hey, isn't this really cool?

Maybe we should hang a sign on your back just in case.

[Startled out of his thoughts by the unceremonious arrival of the can, Kano quickly throws up a smile as he reaches up to take it.]

Ah, is this for me? How thoughtful of you. [It's a little warm from being in Shintaro's pocket (gross) so he holds it between his hands as if that'd help heat them up.

They're friends. Nothing will change that. But even to his friends, it's difficult to share the little lonely moments like these, where he tucks himself away to experience by himself. He expects it from Kido--sometimes Seto does it too--but overall, he's used to being alone. Having it intruded makes him a tad wary, even though it's fine. Chit-chat, with little substance is safe.]

It's a nice view, don't you think?

No! [She grins, shaking her head quickly.] I was still looking around!

[Kido has picked out a bunny and is currently trying to looking at different hats and scarves for it. It's going to be winter and she doesn't want him to get cold!

She also is trying not to be noticed by anyone because excuse you she is totally not interested in cute adorable stuffed animals....]

[Kido wants to bring back some presents and sweets are always good right? This place has everything: chocolate covered fruits and pretzels and shakes and ice cream and truffles and anything that chocolate can be made into or put on, it's there. It all looks so good. She's grabbed a bunch of pamphlets on the different varieties and is alternating between looking at them and looking back at all the delicious things in the case.

She's not as huge of a sweets buff as some people but wow, she could eat anything in here...]
