Date & Time: Nov. 19th - ??? at least several days, tbd
Location: Empty housing in the West Wing.
Characters: Arrested mutineers & visitors (potentially YOU)
Summary: Everyone locked up some mutineers so now they're slightly stuck in place.
Warnings: there will probably be discussion of violence and death, will add if necessary.

[ Mutineers have been put in some of the empty rooms in the West Wing, one guard at a time on the hallway and the doors only able to be opened from the outside for now. Roslyn and whoever else she can get to volunteer are rotating guard duty.

They have been set four to a room for the moment.

Cell 1: Charlie, Connor, Max, and very briefly Sev
Cell 2: Chloe, Marie, Tempest, Bond
Cell 3: Sev (after not long at all)
Cell 4: Jesse (after taking Tempest's powers)

Visitors are allowed, but please note that anyone who had at any point been advocating violence against the mutineers in a place where Roslyn is likely to have seen it will absolutely not be allowed near them. Visits will be supervised and in a separate room from the cells for the sake of privacy, with the door open and a guard within easy eyesight  and earshot of any raised voices. 

Mutineers will start without access to their tablets but will regain access within approximately a day to two days. However! These tablets will be temporarily unable to encrypt messages. Private messages to personal inboxes are still accessible but on the network itself all their interaction must be public.

Guards on Duty: Roslyn, Riku, Raiden, Wesley Mitchell, Travis Marks, Seras Victoria, Caspian. Working on 6 hour rotations, so each guard is on approximately once every 1 1/2 days.

[she takes a deep breath, reigning herself in. For now, at least]

I do not doubt he will.

[but it won't be by her hands. She turns to Jesse, then, and approaches him until she's right in his face, like he was to her just a few moments ago. She won't touch him, though - like hell was she getting into even more trouble than she already was]

You took my magic for what, because I took over the bloody transporter room? Because I participated at all? What right do you have to come in here and take what is mine?

[ What the hell is going on in here is Roslyn's first thought at the sudden explosion of noise, and she moves as quickly as she can, is at their side and trying to separate Jesse and Sonya. ]

Enough! What's going on?

[Sonya answers, leaning in to jab two accusing fingers at Jesse. She's a far cry from the smiling, rather smarmy persona she always wears when speaking with Roslyn; she's bristling, angry, nearly spitting.]

This shitbird cocksucker - this fucking Brutus traitor - he just came the fuck in here to steal her gift from her.

[And she gets hold of herself enough to lay down:]

It's assault against a prisoner, it's obstruction of justice. It's vigilantism at its foullest and lowest. You need to arrest him, and it's my genuine recommendation that you starve him out until he gives her her gift back.

[Tempest simply steps back and out of the way, though she shoots Jesse a glare]

[Jesse merely shrugs and holds his wrists out for cuffing.]

Go ahead.

[Yeah, right, they'll torture and starve him. They haven't even touched the people who carried out a fucking mutiny.]

[ There's a long, still pause, because this is - bad. This is pretty bad, right here, and she let him in to visit Tempest. She made a bad judgment call, and now - this is not going to go over well with the public.

But she steps forwards nevertheless, doesn't cuff Jesse because she doesn't need to, the next empty room's directly across the hallway. ]

Jesse Pinkman, you are under arrest for the assault of Tempest. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney at any point whether you have begun answering questions or not. [ What attorney? She's running out. ] If you cannot afford one, one will be appointed to you. Do you understand these rights as they have been read to you?

[ They're just empty words, here, she feels like. This is all spiraling further and further out of control with every moment. ]

[And Sonya nods once in approval, stepping to Jesse's side, ready to help restrain him if he's about to fight. When she thinks about it, later, she'll be scared shitless that she let herself get within arm's reach of him, when he could have taken her power as easily as he took Tempest's - but at the moment, her only thought is getting him into custody.]

[her back hits a wall, all of the excitement being a little too much for her right now. She slides down to sit and just cradles her head in her hands. She didn't want Jesse getting arrested, or in trouble, really, but they wouldn't listen to her even if she wanted to speak up]

Yeah, I understand.

[It means something to him that Roslyn doesn't cuff him. This whole thing's bullshit and he'll be out of here in fifteen minutes, when Saul comes and straightens it out. He lets his hands fall to his sides, directing a glare first to Tempest and then to Sonya. The lawful types ought to be thanking him. He just prevented a future jailbreak. But whatever.]

Saul Goodman. He's my lawyer. I want him.

[Saul will set them straight.]

I'll contact him shortly.

[ A beat, and then before moving to take him out of the room - ]

If you return her powers now, this will all go a lot more smoothly for you and everyone else.

[hostage]

[He has one thing to say to that, and it's a simple:]

No.

[ Roslyn shakes her head a little grimly, and then takes his arm to lead him to his newly appointed cell. ]

Sonya, stay with Tempest and see if she needs anything, please. When she's ready we'll take her back to her room.

[Sonya nods, not even saying anything more, and immediately crosses to Tempest, putting a hand on her back.]

Hey. You okay?

[hyanaimne]

Fine.

[she doesn't sound fine. Under Sonya's hand, she's incredibly tense] Can I go back to my cell now?

[legal_eagle]

Yeah.

[She takes her hand away, steps back, nods.]

Come on. I'll take you there.
