Location: Empty housing in the West Wing.
Characters: Arrested mutineers & visitors (potentially YOU)
Summary: Everyone locked up some mutineers so now they're slightly stuck in place.
Warnings: there will probably be discussion of violence and death, will add if necessary.

[ Mutineers have been put in some of the empty rooms in the West Wing, one guard at a time on the hallway and the doors only able to be opened from the outside for now. Roslyn and whoever else she can get to volunteer are rotating guard duty.

They have been set four to a room for the moment.

Cell 1: Charlie, Connor, Max, and very briefly Sev
Cell 2: Chloe, Marie, Tempest, Bond
Cell 3: Sev (after not long at all)
Cell 4: Jesse (after taking Tempest's powers)

Visitors are allowed, but please note that anyone who had at any point been advocating violence against the mutineers in a place where Roslyn is likely to have seen it will absolutely not be allowed near them. Visits will be supervised and in a separate room from the cells for the sake of privacy, with the door open and a guard within easy eyesight and earshot of any raised voices.

Mutineers will start without access to their tablets but will regain access within approximately a day to two days. However! These tablets will be temporarily unable to encrypt messages. Private messages to personal inboxes are still accessible but on the network itself all their interaction must be public.

Guards on Duty: Roslyn, Riku, Raiden, Wesley Mitchell, Travis Marks, Seras Victoria, Caspian. Working on 6 hour rotations, so each guard is on approximately once every 1 1/2 days.

[she lifts her head to stare at him, then bursts into laughter]

[she lets her head rest against his shoulder again, huffing out a sigh] Now I am in a good mood. You're terrible.

[he pats her head.]

[even if he can't see her face, she still forces an annoyed expression]

[he's amused by the cursing, though, it's obvious in his tone.]

[she hums softly in agreement, shifting a bit to get a hand free of her cloak.

And then, feeling bold, reaches up to pet him, like he's been doing to her]

[that surprises him; nobody in exsilium has really done it besides isaac under an extremely extenuating circumstance. he pauses for a moment, then decides that it's not bad and allowed to continue.

peter only combs his hair with anything beyond his fingers when he thinks to, which isn't terribly often, so it's not particularly soft but a bit less coarse than it looks. it's the kind of hair that would require a lot of attention to stay looking nice, so he doesn't bother.]

[really, hers is no better. It has grown out a bit from her shorter cut, and save for the fact that she runs her fingers through it all the time, it's a mess.

She grins when he lets her continue, though, and playfully scritches for a moment]

I am reminded I need to cut my hair.

[he makes an amused sound, pulling his head away from the scratching a bit but not enough to actually stop her.]

My hair just reminded you of that.

[someone probably hears about needing a haircut pretty regularly from his female relatives.]

[that just means she has to keep it up, though not so much to annoying him]

Yes, well, it is not something I put much effort in. And it is getting to be as long as yours. [she makes an amused noise of her own] I've yet to dye it, too.

[as long as she's not scratching he's entirely tolerant of this process.]

[she'll have him looking almost respectable by the time he leaves if she keeps that up. the less tangled it is, the more obvious it becomes that there's a slight natural wave to peter's hair, that the strands of it are fine in a way that makes them stick and twist together instead of looking pretty and sleek.

also that he should really invest in conditioner.]

Why? You'd look pretty with your natural color.

[she only pauses at what he says, tilting her head enough that she can look at him. "Pretty" was something that only came up in flirting, and this wasn't that. She purses her lips for a moment, then resumes playing with his hair.

I do not know . . . I am used to dying it so that I do not stick out as much.

[she briefly makes a face, then shrugs the shoulder not leaning against Peter]

I do not think I am quite ready to be blonde again.

Good thing you make a hot brunette, then.

[that's half observation and half teasing, none of the verbal eyebrow-waggle that would mark it as flirting.]

I am not a, ah - "hot" anything. Honestly . . .

[but she's ducking her head a little, in that shy way when she's flustered]
