Summary: In a bid to conserve energy, over a dozen transports do all of their Christmas shopping at once. I hope you brought money!
Warnings: None for now!

All the transports are dropped into New York at 6:00, simultaneously but scattered. Coding the drop points for this mission was hell.

It turns out that the weather is actually fairly mild on this date; there is snow neither in the air nor in the ground. That isn't to say there's nothing of visual interest: All the lights of the city are on at this hour.



The Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree was lit back on December 4th.

Right -- good point. Better, uh, quality, too. On sight, that is, any Joe Blow can have a watch that looks gold.

[ He's been burned on this before. Mostly when he was young and naive, but still. Never again. His own watch belonged to a rich dead guy, he can be at least reasonably certain it's real. ]

What about you? Watches for everyone? Or-- maybe your friend would like an iPod better.

I was thinking a letter-bound journal. She liked to keep one of those, but her dad found it once. [That was a nightmare. Of course, most situations that would lead to someone nearly finding out about the truly evil nature of Norman Osborn were nightmares.

He shakes it off, if only mentally. They're past that, one way or another.]

Besides, I think she has one already. [There's a pause.] The iPod. I don't think she'd go for leather usually.

[ It's not cause to celebrate exactly since they still have to find and purchase the damn things, but it's some weight off his shoulders. ]

Except we might have to split up to find them.

... I'm worried about you finding it, but ... [Without any means to communicate or cellphones, it could be tricky. Still, he doubts Doug will get lost.
