(no subject)

Date & Time: TBD.
Location: Casa de Bro+Sis, general wilderness
Characters: Riku and Namine
Summary: Just out for some routine groceries and supplies.
Warnings: N/A.

He didn't wake up too early today--usually he was out at dawn, but with today being a supply day, Riku woke up later than usual. He sniffed, rubbed his forehead against Lea's shoulder, and crawled out of bed, nearly tripping on his pajama pants as he did so.

"Sheesh," he found himself muttering, only to smack a hand over his mouth. If he wasn't careful, all of Lea's other habits would start rubbing off on him, too.

With a quick shower and a hand running through his hair, he got dressed and retreated back into the hallway, trying to make sure Lea wasn't disturbed. With that, he ambled down the staircase, passed the kitchen and grabbed the notepad stuck to the refrigerator door. He'd made a habit of having others write down anything they needed, or anything that was missing--this, of course, lead to some falsification (Riku had crossed out some items after pointedly looking at his housemates and telling them to use their eyes). He was fairly sure all they needed was already written down.

With that in hand, he went for his coat, shrugging it and his scarf on, grabbing a harness for the sled, and slipping his feet into his boots, hopping once to make sure they were snug.

The sound didn't normally bother her, even if it woke her. Castle Oblivion had been painfully quiet. Whenever she was startled by a noise now, she always followed it by a smile because she knew it was just one of the boys - her friends - and all of them powerful allies, all of them with keyblades. It didn't normally bother her.

This morning it did, but not for the same reasons she was accustomed to. She padded out of her bedroom on tenderfoot, a longer, very boyish shirt covering the tops of her warm pajama bottoms. Stopping about halfway down the stairs, Naminé located the source - Riku. She grinned, 'I should've known.' From that spot she waved at him.

"Morning, Riku! Where are you off to?" Even if she did suspect the answer, she felt compelled to ask. The smile on her face believed which question she really wanted to ask, though.
