[closed] Despite the interminable distance, in a brumous and sunny path
Date & Time: March 8th; 8pm
Location: Somewhere outside the city you have a good view of it all
Characters: sensei and student
Summary: goodbye
[He'd arrived a little earlier considering he wanted to be there before she was. Seated on the ground and looking out to the city, his memories of these place really were fond. A lot fonder than anything he could remember in the past 100 years.
That in itself was kind of sad, now that he thought about it.]

Besides, I make a point of never taking anything too seriously. I'm just not a serious guy.

... What? Like you would fall through walls or something?
[Because he's a scary ghost... and... incorporeal... and...
... okay, KIND of getting serious.]
no subject
What? Who told you that happens?

no subject
Haha! Is that why you wanted to befriend a ghost? Am I fulfilling a lifelong dream of yours?

[Yeah it's "we" now dwi.]

She scratches her nose. She thinks about that.]
I like "All Dogs Go to Heaven." It's cute but it's sad.

[He stands up, brushing off some crumbs from his jacket.]
C'mon, we can go do it now.
no subject
I can watch it on the NV...

[Walking, walking, walking. Lets go!
He doesn't know where tho.]

[Although he stops, raising a hand to his chin thoughtfully.]
Well, if that's the case, where should we watch it?

[He starts off walking again.]
What were they like?
no subject
They were pretty bad. Worse than here by a lot! This is the best place I've ever been.
[She walks a little closer, still pacing him.] What's your world like?
no subject
Really? That's a shame... I guess I got lucky then.
Mine though...well, it's like a big city for all of the souls of the departed, divided up into sections. Most people who die end up in the poorer areas and don't last very long, end up reincarnating. That's where I grew up.
Then you have the Shinigami, a military force who work in cooperation with the governing heads of the city. [Ah, the central 46...it seems like so long ago now that he helped Aizen kill all of them.] They live closer to the center of the city. I was one of the thirteen squad captains, y'know! Pretty important position. I had an entire division under my command. A lieutenant too.
