CELEBRATE TODAY;
Date & Time: December 11th, All Day
Location: The center of the hold
Characters: EXSILIUM, ALL Y'ALL
Summary: These cute little animals are in need of your help!
Warnings: Adorable animals
[Sometime during the night, a few unidentified townsfolk had carried in several boxes with signs attached to them. If spoken to, they only reply that they are busy and they must get these critters inside before it gets too cold outside. All of the boxes are separated and spread out, mostly so that the box of foxes won't chase after the box of rabbits. Each is denoted with a sign to describe what animal resides in the box, accompanied with the following blurb:
Somewhere near each box is a container of food for the respective animal. The people who had brought the animals inside are no longer anywhere to be found. Somewhere in the outlands, Arthas is watching.]
[ooc: this marks the start of Woodland Critter Christmas.]

Opennnnnnn
Her suspicion and the intense caring need to take one
or moreof these little guys home are battling it out inside of her head...There's no reason why not, right? I mean, if she just leaves them all here what's going to happen to them? Will anyone take care of them? So what if it's a little odd. They're baby animals. Helpless and adorable.]
Aww. It's okay, little guy. [She quickly finds herself cooing at the nearest bunny, putting her hand inside to scratch behind his ears, giggling when it clumsily starts scratching its side with one of his big back feet.
..I mean. How can she resist?]

What? It reminded him of his daughter. Well it had been Step-Stan that had gotten her the actual rabbit but anyway... It looked like Mr. Floppy.
Plus well, it is kinda cute. Not that he'd ever admit it.
EVER.
Open!
They looked a bit weird to Mei. Animals native to the city, she guesses, but they're nothing like the animals- Pokemon, from home.
She's left her Serperior in her Pokeball for now. No doubt a large snake would probably terrify the little animals, but Mei can't help but be curious. The sounds the cute little furry bodies...
What girl can ignore the utter cuteness in front of her?
She picks up a kitten, white with splotches of gray on it's face and back and just holds it up in the air for a moment.]
You're definitely cuter than any Purrloin I know. [She brings it close to her chest, rubbing the space in between his ears on the top of his head with her finger.]
hope you don't mind a kind of late tag
not at all! <3
oh good <3

Sorry for the super long delay!

He raises his arm to look at it, before swatting at it with his free hand to try and get rid of it. It flies off, only to land on his shoulder instead. Again he swats at it, but it just changes position on him, he swats at it again, the cycle continues.
Honestly, this goes on a lot longer than it should.]
Get offa me you little pest!
Open!
There was no biting like one would expect from them, but affectionate yips. Suddenly he burst out laughing as he gave them a scratch under their chins. ]
I was expecting domesticated animals but I'm not complaining at all.
So Very Open
Hell, he even leaned over to poke at the ear of one and have it lift on it's hing legs to sniff at him. He grinned.]
Where did these even come from?

Glen purposely strides up to what she assumes is going to be the least fluffy animal, a box labeled "robin". The bird tweets at her once as she peeks inside, and in response she pastes on a very convincing smile, meant more for anyone who happens to be watching her than for the robin.
Well, here's for fitting in. And maybe having a small, non-human friend won't be so bad, either. ]
Come on, off we go. You're coming with me. [ She manages to mix fondness and exasperation into those two sentences, and it's not even that difficult. The robin chirps again from within the box, and the girl carrying it rolls her eyes. ]

[For he has seen wee animals. For adoption.
[He has to wonder, has the TARDIS ever had a pet? He had several dogs back in his time, but they were the entire carnival's pets and not really his own. They liked him well enough, though. But these! Squirrels and wee sparrows and foxes and--oh! A snake! The very fellow, a wee milksnake with stripes. When he picks it up, it curls around his wrist.]
Och, there ye go, all tail, you are. You're beautiful, aye. Would ye like to meet a friend of mine? Better than hanging about here, I think.
[It gives him a snakey tongue-flick and starts to slither up his shirt sleeve.]

OPEN;
So she's not sure why she's pulling out a rabbit as white as snow out from a box or why she's taking a bag full of what's meant to feed it with her. Tucking it into the belt she wore with the rest of her armor, she'll stare the rabbit down in her hands with a strange look.
She's always had a secret fondness for cute animals... ]

Wiiiide open.
...That doesn't stop him from throwing dubious looks at the sign, though.]
Where'd they get these from? Was kinda under the impression everything out there's neon-coloured with like three heads.
