Summary: Ghost is out and about, mostly sulking and trying to avoid people.

[Since the whole deal with Koltira, Ghost has mostly been holed up in her room. She's barely left it. But even she gets a little stir-crazy so she decided to go for a walk. A task easier said than done given the damaged state of her helmet. With it no longer functioning properly she couldn't wear it. Not wearing it means people will know what she looks like. What she sounds like.

That definitely leaves the Network out of question. At least in person she can give a false name. There's only two people, aside from maybe her roommates, that know what she really looks and sounds like.

She's completely bundled up, arms and hands completely covered. Her face mostly hidden behind a scarf and the shadow of her hood. It would have to do. Although the faint glow of her eyes wasn't hard to miss.

For the most part she's just out trying to get some "fresh" air while avoiding as many people as possible. Although avoiding people isn't easy. Eventually she settles down on a bench in what she assumes passes for a park. At least the pastime of people watching never goes out of style.]

I hope it is, but there's no way for me to know.

[She gives a grunt and a shrug.]

Don' matter either way. E'erythin's different.

Uh...e'erythin'. [She motions around them.]

It's all dead, differen'. Ain' the same time or the same place. Issues back home don' seem t'be issues here.

There's no telling if this will be my world's future or not. It's a thousand years. It's a long time and everything could change like this.

[ghostling]

True. But there's things that don' feel right for my world. E'en wi' as many years that passed I should still be able to find somethin' related to home if it's my world's future.

A feeling? Some kind of power, I'm guessing? [Slightest of head tilts.] At least you know this isn't your world's fate.

[Not saying it won't be worse.]

[ghostling]

Somethin' like that, yeah. [She shakes her head.] I'm no' completely certain this ain' home but at the same time I feel it ain'. Makes no sense I know.

Maybe it's mo' me tryin' to convince m'self it ain' so I don' worry too much.

We'll go for the positive outlook instead, hm? I'm hoping the same for my world.

[ghostling]

One of those...only time will tell things.

Exactly. And while time is... taking it's time I'll do what I do.

Fart around and have fun. Talk to people. Work. Just enjoy life.

Ah. [She gives a little nod before looking around.]

What do you do? [He's almost done his drink, and pours the remains into his cup from the thermos.]

Watch people. Try to avoid most people.

[Sipping his drink for a second.] Am I interrupting your people avoidance?

Well avoidance does mean no' actually talkin' to anyone. But I guess if I was really tryin' to avoid people I would gone somewhere more remote.

[strategic_guile]

True, unless you were hoping glaring would warn them off. [And by them he meant him. He's got an easy smile on his face anyway.] It works sometimes.

[ghostling]

Somehow I don' think it'd work so well on the likes o' you. [Beneath her scarf she grins a bit.]

I don' see much of a point in tryin' if it ain' gonna work. Waste of energy, don' y'think?

Hmm, I dunno. I'd like to see more of your eyes, even if you're staring me down. [And he lifts his cup to drink the last bit out of it.]

You'd like t'see more of my freaky eyes? [She turned to look at him, one brow raised. Although it was hard to tell what her expression was beneath the hood.]
