Summary: Welcome to the grand opening of the Usual Place Movie Theatre! Tonight we're showing a mostly faithful rendition of Crank as restored by Billy, with refreshments available at minimal cost via Charlie's ingenuity and Collette's general statement that no movie is complete without access to popcorn. Please enjoy the show!
Warnings: Crank is a ridiculous film if you've ever seen it. That is technically PG-13/R, but the log itself should be much more tame!
Notes: Action, prose, or gif-spam each other at will. Just have fun with the first up and running movie theatre in Exsilium since goodness knows when!

I've never seen one in person, but it does sound rather exciting, doesn't it?

A bit barbarish if you ask me, though I can see how it's interesting from a historical perspective... [Tintin leans slightly away.]

[indirection]

Historical? Not where I'm from. [he shrugs.] But some might call Azeroth a barbarous place.

[leans forward. don't be shy.]

[gingerscoops]

[Which just makes Tintin lean farther away into the person sitting on the other side of him. Too bad the urge to get a bit of personal space doesn't really put a damper on his natural curiosity:] Azeroth, you say?

[indirection]

Yes--the name of my homeland. A beautiful place. [his smile widens, toothily.] Not for the faint of heart, though.

[gingerscoops]

[That gets him to go a little sharp and lean back - that or maybe it's his neighbor's elbow driving into his side. One or the other.] Is there a lot of violence there then?

[indirection]

Oh, yes. Every day. Every hour. Every second. It's glorious.

[gingerscoops]

[A very palpable pause as Tintin's pen hovers over his notepad.]

But how does anyone get anything done?

[indirection]

We're not all warriors. I don't much like to wade into the fray, myself. Some of us just observe. Plan. Organize. That kind of thing.

[gingerscoops]

So you've got wars going on all the time? You're saying the entire infrastructure is based around fighting all the time?

[Seems a bit mad if you ask him.]

[indirection]

I'm afraid that the two major factions just can't seem to get along with one another. It's a terrible problem. I was trying to help the situation, but then, obviously, I was interrupted.

[gingerscoops]

[At this point he's mostly forgotten the movie - as much as you can when explosions and gunfire are constantly hammering out of the sound system.] How long have they been fighting for?

[indirection]

[Wrathion rubs his chin. He could say 'longer than I've been alive' and be accurate, but he hasn't been alive that long.]

For over ten years, on and off.

[gingerscoops]

Oh. [Tintin makes an absent note.] That's not so long as I would've guessed.
