[Even if he was on his deathbed, Kano would rather pretend that he's fine and force himself up and about. He tilts his head at the mention of medicine. Right... that was what Jade had been working on.

He didn't like the man, but Kano had to admit that he didn't seem the type to want to worsen their illnesses. So he smiles and holds out a hand.]

He's done already? That's really fast.

A moron just like you. Won't rest.

[He ignores Kano's hand, instead taking the bottle that was intended for the kid and bringing it down gently on top of his head, pressing it into Kano's hair.]

Go lie down.

[Still wearing the easy smile, Kano reaches up and grabs the bottle. He'd be a bit more miffed, but everything's dulled since he got sick.]

You sound just like Kido. Are there any instructions I need to know for the medicine?

[He points to the bottle, nodding.] They're on the label.

[He turns the bottle over, glancing over the instructions. Seems easy enough.]

[Oh, have Kido and Kaede been telling on him? What a bother. He points to his eyes.]

I don't need to use my eyes since I am fine.
