So Eridan is a huge jerk as well as a complete insufferable prick. Not only was the Initiative completely disrespectful and unhelpful, but Sollux made it even worse. And just when Sollux stopped responding, here swam in Eridan to just coax the sleeping bear even more. Equius is teetering on blind rage when he slams Eridan's door into his room, sending it flying into the opposite wall-- Hope you weren't sitting right behind the door, Eridan.

He simply cannot stop freaking out, especially not now. This, this is like back on the meteor, when all of those advances happened. Those awkward, terrible, strange advances, when he realized it really was better to just sit in his lab and not bother with them, especially Eridan, dear god now he is leaning in closer- Now he is leaning in closer.

Equius stiffens, completely still, just watching him.

Okay, now he's the confused one. As Equius backs away, Eridan takes a step or two forward to follow.

"I am not doing what it is you think I apparently should be doing, oh my God, oh my God. I canter deal with his ridiculous hoofbeast play, I just-" He takes a deep breath, almost shaking. He's still so very pissed off and now he's just freaked out, and mad, and freaked out, and god why can't he just settle down. Equius's teeth brace tightly again, grinding as he stares holes into the ground.
