[After a call to each volunteer's tablet the night before, the time and meeting place for Korra's impromptu exploration group is set. They meet outside the Initiative's small facility in the cold morning light with whatever supplies they want to bring with them. However, Korra's message in the tablet was clear:

"Wear something warm or you won't be coming with us. It's too risky going into the cold if you're not dressed for it." ]

Well I've been dealing with cold weather before but I can't say it's the one I've the most experience with. ...I'm kind used to living by the sea.

[She's from California after all. And before that she was from a dimension that has no idea what snow is.]

No, not at all. It was hot and humid where I lived.

[A slight smile] I vacationed in some spots, but even if I did ski it would be nothing like this.

Oh? ...Yeah, it most likely will be a bit different. Knowing how to ski might be useful, though.
