[The Asura were once a subterranean race, and even some ten or so generations removed from that, their physiology hasn't taken on that drastic a shift. So even when the lights suddenly go out, Cissa can see just fine and dandy. It's frankly not very disruptive to her. Maybe even not at all.

[But lights aren't supposed to suddenly go out like that, and this fact is what makes it interesting. Clearly, there's some malfunction somewhere, and she should find it and tinker with it.

[... Fix it, she means. Fix. She absolutely does not play with technology. Don't be ridiculous.

[So she gathers up a few tools, and rather than wandering the halls aimlessly like so many others seem to be doing, she'll be getting into vents and crawlspaces and the like. Clearly, this is a problem with the building's internal systems, so she needs to go internal.

[And she's not exactly quiet when going through these places; they're a tight fit sometimes, even for her, and she can easily be heard bumping about inside the walls, and possibly popping out in random apartments as she searches for the source of the problem.
