Summary: Holding a dinner so we can all get to know each other, this should end terribly.

[This month's haul of transports seemed to bring in a lot of familiar faces for the residents of 103. Friends, family, comrades, terrifying generals who are your boss now- all sorts! ]

[It was Sophie's idea to hold a dinner. A dinner of family, for everyone to have a chance to meet each other and get to know each other better. It seemed like a nice way to welcome everyone into this horrible war. But hey, food! And so, Allen and Sophie made sure to invite their friends, family and comrades in order to have a warm evening together]

[And Kaneis, well, at least he isn't climbing out the back window at the prospect of social interaction for hours. This my friends, is progress. ]

[But gather around friends and family and terrifying boss! There's food, people, wine and games to be had! Just you know, try not to cough in it you sick jerks]

[Sheena just kind of looks around, hands up in a helpless gesture, and then she goes to get food.]

Right, don't let me get in the way or anything.

Oh c'mon Sheena, you're not jealous are you?

[fujibayashi]

[She grabs a little bit of everything and puts it on a plate, ignoring her shoulder angel.]

Who says I'm jealous? I'm glad you're able to make friends. Maybe you can start calling them up at one in the morning instead of me.

[wilder]

[He makes a pfft noise]

Oh please Sheena, even if I make friends- you're still the only hunny I'd want to call at that hour. ♥

[fujibayashi]

[Sheena casually shoves her newly-healed elbow in the direction of Zelos' face.]

I am not one of your hunnies!

[wilder]

[Ow elbow to the face! He'll yelp and cover his face]

Hey not the face!

[fujibayashi]

[Sheena brushes past him, but not before stomping on his toes on her way out of the kitchen.]

Sorry, what was that? I couldn't hear anything over the sound of whining.

[wilder]

Ow ow! [So hopping a bit on one foot there as he follows along, out that hurts]

Jeez! Why did I invite you again!?

[fujibayashi]

[She takes a bite of a roll rather than answering him. Seems she's more interested in seeing what kind of beverages are around. Maybe you can be a gentleman and try to get her drunk.]

[wilder]

[And he'll follow along cause seriously- you're his only friend. ]

The wine's pretty good, if you're into that.

[fujibayashi]

[Sheena inspects the bottle, but kind of side-eyes him as she's doing it.]

It's been a while since I had fancy wine. I'm not sure I can even stomach it anymore.

[wilder]

[a snort]

Trust me, it's not that fancy.

[.............well, compared to his rich spoiled standards anyway]

[fujibayashi]

It doesn't smell like old rice, so it's fancier than what I'm used to.

[She sets down her plate and pours a glass.]

You want some?

[wilder]

[Oh right. That sake stuff. He'll grin a bit sheepishly]

Uh- sure! I'll take a glass.

[fujibayashi]

[Sheena pours a second glass and offers it to him. She won't pause for a toast, opting instead to swallow the wine and see just how bad it tastes.

She winces, but it's better than what she expected.]

Huh, not bad.

[wilder]

[he meanwhile sips it like a boss and whatnot]

Did you just wince?

[fujibayashi]

[Sheena lowers her glass.]

S-shut up! I don't drink a lot of wine, okay?

[She takes another sip WITHOUT WINCING, and as expected, it goes down easier.]

[wilder]

[he snickers]

You're so cute sometimes.

[fujibayashi]

[You son of a bitch.

She sets her glass down, reaches out to take his, and then tries to deck him with her free hand.

ARE YOU REGRETTING HEALING THAT ARM YET]

[wilder]

[Whoa! He'll actually jump out of the way of that one because let's noooot end the evening with a trip to the clinic]

Whoa come on! I meant it nicely!

[fujibayashi]

First you call me hunny, now you're trying to compliment me like it's no big deal!?

[She is holding his wineglass threateningly, like she might toss it in his face or maybe stab him with it. FUMING.

But she sighs and holds it out after a moment, feeling kind of bad for causing a scene.

Sort of.

Kind of.]

[HOLDING HIS OWN HANDS IN AN INNOCENT UNARMED POSITION, even if he's still holding onto his wineglass]

I thought friends complimented each other!

[I read that somewhere maybe!! though honestly he's a little confused. he was just goofing around. What else was it supposed to be??]

[Even Sheena realizes she's a little stressed out. She lets out a little breath and turns back toward her food. Maybe she needs more wine.]

Even if I took the time to explain, you wouldn't get it.

[There's a line between hitting on someone and complimenting, and most of the time he sails right over both when it comes to Sheena. Granted, that wasn't really one of those times. It was uh, poorly timed, really. Jesus Christ.]
