Summary: Holding a dinner so we can all get to know each other, this should end terribly.

[This month's haul of transports seemed to bring in a lot of familiar faces for the residents of 103. Friends, family, comrades, terrifying generals who are your boss now- all sorts! ]

[It was Sophie's idea to hold a dinner. A dinner of family, for everyone to have a chance to meet each other and get to know each other better. It seemed like a nice way to welcome everyone into this horrible war. But hey, food! And so, Allen and Sophie made sure to invite their friends, family and comrades in order to have a warm evening together]

[And Kaneis, well, at least he isn't climbing out the back window at the prospect of social interaction for hours. This my friends, is progress. ]

[But gather around friends and family and terrifying boss! There's food, people, wine and games to be had! Just you know, try not to cough in it you sick jerks]

Are you a friend of Kaneis's? Or Sophie's...?

[She shakes his hand with a gentle, shy sort of smile.]

Y-yeah, I'm a friend of Kaneis.

[debtor]

I'm glad you could join us. [Kaneis has friends?

He takes a few more bites of food.]

Are you... from his home?

[fujibayashi]

[Friend. Singular. And that is Sheena, standing right here, looking awkward as all hell.

The directness of the question makes her blink, and then the smile grows more awkward. She could try to lie, but she won't, because she's bad at it.]

Yeah. We've... known each other for a while.

[debtor]

[Not only is she a friend, but she's someone from his world. This is a first!

Though he's getting the feeling that might not have been the thing to ask. He knows Kaneis changed his identity in Exsilium, that he wasn't fond of his old self, whoever he was... but beyond that, he doesn't know a whole lot. If he invited her, they must be on good terms, right...?]

Ah. [Huh. He's never mentioned her, though.] May I ask- are you a new arrival?

[fujibayashi]

[Sheena shakes her head.]

Nah, I've been here for about six months... [... subject change.] How did you meet Kaneis?

[debtor]

I'm his roommate. I've been here six months as well.

[fujibayashi]

... Sorry if he's been... difficult.

[debtor]

[Hahaha. Let's not speak poorly of him in front of his only (lady) friend. Allen shakes his head.]

Not at all. He's a good roommate.

[fujibayashi]
