Location: Transport Clinic
Characters: Zelos/Kaneis and you!
Summary: Evening/Night shift at the clinic. All welcomed, whether they be checking out the clinic, working at the clinic or that unfortunate dude who put their weapon in a very wrong spot.
Warnings: PG-13 for language and possible gore since hey IT IS A CLINIC.

[No matter how strange Zelos's life get, he can always count on his clinic shifts being one of two things: incredibly boring or incredibly strange. There was no middle ground.]

[Any night that you come in, you'll probably find Zelos sitting at the reception desk, with his feet on top if none of his bosses are around. If he's not attending to any patients or talking to staff, he seems to be reading- looks like the flavor of this month for literature is fantasy. And sometimes, he even seems to be talking to the book]

Oh come on Buttercup my beautiful flower, there's no way he'll actually release him. Jeez...

[And so on. Rest assured guys, this is a professional medic here. You can tell by the lab coat. ]

[ IT'S PAST SOPHIE'S BEDTIME AND SHE'S NOT EVEN INJURED OR ANYTHING but she is here to visit Kaneis at work. She's carrying what looks like a little small bagged lunch... she thought she should drop off a nighttime snack. ]

Kaneis? I hope I'm not disturbing you...

[He looks up, surprised to see her! Usually Allen's the roommate that comes in here covered in horrible things- so seeing Sophie? Makes him worried]

Sophie?

No- not at all! What's up my dear? Is everything alright?

[ If she were injured, she'd be bleeding sparkles. She smiles, looking perfectly fine. ]

Everything's all right. [ She holds up the bag. ] I brought some cookies for you!

[Well maybe Allen's dying in a wheelbarrow outside who knows with you crazy teens]

Oh really?

[he looks relieved and smiles]

Well isn't that awfully sweet of you!

Did you eat yet?

[ She approaches the desk, setting the bag down on top of it. ]

I hope you like it... I made them myself!

No, not ye-

[Oh god WHAT? His smile...definitely has a touch of nervous now]

Hahah...oh did you?

[ Aw, she's glad she can make Zelos smile! Any sign of nervousness flies above her head. ]

Yeah! Since you haven't eaten yet, you can have the cookies for dinner.

[ Cookies is totally appropriate for dinner. ]

[Well...it's a good thing he's already at the clinic]

Heh, I'm not sure that's the healthiest dinner but- sure. How about just this once?

[Because after this meal I will be dead.]
