Date & Time: July 25th, eveningish?
Location: Equius' home, then about the town
Characters: Equius and Raven!
Summary: Raven takes Equius out for a walk.
Warnings: None so far! Blue people bein' blue?
[She's still not 100% certain she understands how trolls are supposed to work, but at least she has some idea of their relationships, now. After her little chat with Sollux, she's sure that she'll be able to hold something against the other troll if it becomes necessary.
She's grown rather fond of Equius in their time together in the prehistoric. They'd spoken relatively little, but she saw him as, in some ways, a younger version of her friend Hank. Not quite as geeky, maybe, but still quite awkward.
Once she's at his door, she lifts her hand to knock -- and hopes that Sollux isn't the one who answers the door.]

Raven, hello.
[An awkward pause, rolling his shoulders. He glances down the hallway of his unit away from the doorway only to look back at her and adjust his shades.]
So... shall we?
no subject
[She grins. Hopefully he doesn't get too offended over that, but it's fun to rile him up just a little.]
I heard you did a number on your friend's room.
no subject
Yes, though he deserved it.
[A small frown, moving out of his unit and shutting the door with a rather loud slam.]

[She manages a small smirk and waves her hand out toward the road.]
Anywhere you like to go around here?

[At least a task would keep his mind off of being angry ... maybe?]
no subject
[...A little awkward, but he catches himself and simmers down, pursing his lips.]

[Growing boys and all that, even if she wasn't sure how much or little Sollux ate -- Equius had more muscle mass and that meant food burned off faster, right?]
no subject
[He's flabbergasted. How did you??? And yes, Equius eats truck tons, especially when he's actively working out as well. Which, well, which is like all the time. Not that he needs to, he's freakishly strong on his own.]
no subject
[Maybe not quite that much, but it had sure seemed like it sometimes.]

[She smirks, shrugging her shoulders.]
Something about metabolism, according to Charles.
no subject
But yes, I understand what you mean- high metabolism, that makes sense. Is your brother quite intelligent?
no subject
[Show-off that he is. It's endearing most of the time, until he starts using cheesy lines.]
no subject
[Equius, as said, can understand that! He is a show off as well. The cheesy lines will probably just impress the troll as well, depending...]
no subject
Maybe, but once someone knows it -- it just seems kind of silly to keep rubbing it in their face.
no subject
Not at all, you have to make sure it sticks. Though I suppose that depends on how exactly you are reminding them.
no subject
[She shakes her head, turning the corner toward the grocery store.]
So your roommate, Sollux. Still mad at him?
no subject
no subject
[How does she troll culture, Equius.]
no subject
Bad.
[But... good bad, it's bad but- ugh. He doesn't really know...]
no subject
She turns the corner into the store.]
Well, uh. I'd say I'm sure he doesn't mean it, but that would be a lie.
[She won't say why he means it, though.]
no subject
[Equius follows, sure to let her open doors if they don't open on their own. More because he'd just break them if anything.]
no subject
[And it might mess with -- whatever they need to do for troll hate-mance to happen.]
no subject
[How does hatemance even work, how does romance even work.]
