Date & Time: 18th, beginning at 2100 hours, through to the 20th.
Location: All around Exsilium.
Characters: Everyone!
Summary: The United Earth decides Exsilium had obviously not learned its lesson back in October, and does another round of humble-making bombing for those impertinent exiles. OOC info can be found here.
Warnings: Violence, death, general gloom and doom.

The warning had gone out approximately two hours before the bombing began, broadcast to any available receptor on the island: UE aggressions incoming, bombs expected; please proceed to Catacombs immediately. It repeats over and over, right up until the first bomb, aimed at the Hold itself, silences the signal.

The air is thick with smoke and worse. Every one to two hours another bomb shakes the island. Buildings crumble and shatter, but the focus is on the Hold and the native hospital. Initiative employees, some sick as anyone else, are steadfast in their escorting natives and transports alike into the underground catacombs. For two days the bombs continue ceaselessly, dropped by their cloaked and invisible carriers overhead.

The United Earth is nothing if not thorough.

[She can't see it. Just a slight shift in the shapes of her vision, but nothing else.]

[It's... sort of true? If only because her friends have been forcing her to sit and rest.]

[She is not going to give up is she.............]

[Okay fine he only has so much energy to argue]

[Cheria tentatively reaches out for where she thinks his leg is, gentle because she doesn't want to hurt the break when she reaches it. But it really just looks like she's patting around blindly.

Her brows furrow and she squints down to try to clear her vision. Something she keeps trying to do that doesn't really help at all.]

[And he's noticing that. Okay, before he had assumed that the tunnel was kind of dark for her, since hey- things are probably harder to see in the dark when you don't have angel vision. But now? It's definitely odd because no one else needed to pat around to see the leg]

- Cheria? Are your eyes okay?

[flashmaiden]

[Her hands still and her expression falters. She lowers her eyes, shaking her head slowly.]

Um... Not really.

[wilder]

[what? did that mean-]

What happened?

[flashmaiden]

I guess it was because of the gas in the hospital... I was helping evacuate people, and it started getting fuzzy at first, but now-

[wilder]

- But now you can barely see now, huh.

[he remembered that gas, he only went through a bit of it but man did it burn. To think it'd actually cause that kind of damage]

Does anyone in the Initiative know about it? About the gas? Have you talked to anyone?

[He's out of his league. Gassing people really wasn't a thing in Tethe'alla]
