Date & Time: 18th, beginning at 2100 hours, through to the 20th.
Location: All around Exsilium.
Characters: Everyone!
Summary: The United Earth decides Exsilium had obviously not learned its lesson back in October, and does another round of humble-making bombing for those impertinent exiles. OOC info can be found here.
Warnings: Violence, death, general gloom and doom.

The warning had gone out approximately two hours before the bombing began, broadcast to any available receptor on the island: UE aggressions incoming, bombs expected; please proceed to Catacombs immediately. It repeats over and over, right up until the first bomb, aimed at the Hold itself, silences the signal.

The air is thick with smoke and worse. Every one to two hours another bomb shakes the island. Buildings crumble and shatter, but the focus is on the Hold and the native hospital. Initiative employees, some sick as anyone else, are steadfast in their escorting natives and transports alike into the underground catacombs. For two days the bombs continue ceaselessly, dropped by their cloaked and invisible carriers overhead.

The United Earth is nothing if not thorough.

[Maya leans into Blue's arm as he leads her, still staring in between the barrier and the woman. She doesn't fall on Physis, but does take very big gulps of air once they breach that barrier. A couple of slight coughs follow, half from her intensity in taking in the air, half from a lasting effect from the bombing]

N-No, I'm fine... [Not quite. Despite her claims, while not severely injured, she isn't in great shape, either. Between recovering from the sickness in the first place, various bruises and scrapes and mild burns from the hospital mayhem, she's seen better days.] But Nick... I have to find Nick..

[ when maya comes through, physis bends to help support her, drawing her further into the cave as she brings the barrier back to its earlier position. ]

You need to rest. This has put too much on your already, and there will be only so much your body can take.

[firstroar]

She's right. [Blue is careful to steady Maya's weight between himself and Physis, more inclined to the most of it.] You need help, first.

[She's pretty scrawny (despite her eating habits), so that won't be much of a challenge. She lets them steady her but stubbornly protests, though her head's still spinning]

I have to make sure he's okay...! I don't know where he is...

[terrot]

We'll make sure he's found. [ she puts a hand on maya's forehead, brushing back her bangs. ] But I'm sure he's just as worried about you. You have to do your best to make sure you'll be okay when the two of you meet again.
