But I spent the last ten years in a cavern beneath a city.

[ And what a ride it is! She's laughing and giggling and tripping over both his feet and her own, but trying her best to keep up. She's clearly not very practiced at this, but she enjoys it as much as anyone. ]

The laughter is infectious and soon enough the Doctor joins in, a quiet but merry sound. He doesn't miss a beat and even manages to incorporate some of her girlish stumbling into the dance, turning or stepping with her, offering warm encouragement where he can.

This is why he loves the dancing that humans do, no matter the actual species involved--it can have so many different meanings. Right now he feels like a father teaching his daughter how to dance, all innocent and carefree joy, forgetting one's troubles in favour of laughter.

Psychic, huh? So are there regular kinds of Pokemon too, and seadweller kinds?

Well, they do have Pokemon that live in the sea... Lugia's pretty big in Johto, or so I've heard. It lives deep in the ocean and sleeps there, and when it's awake it can cause big storms that last for a long time. It's mostly a legend, though I heard something seriously fantastic went down over there a few years ago.

[It was mentioned on the news. Chicks love news.]

They go kind of with elements, but we call them types. Fire, Water, Grass, Electric, Poison, Fighting, Psychic, Dark, Bug, Flying, Normal, Rock, Ground, Steel, Ice, Dragon, and Ghost. Now that I think about it, it seems kinda weird.

I am experiencing some degree of delight being outside for the time being. But if the Princess wishes for my accompaniment into the palace I will oblige.
