From what I've seen, they're hardly standard.

[ Calling her on that is just rude, okay. She rolls her eyes. ] No, I'm not. I'm going to force you to drink water and then you can go on your merry way.

How do you know they're gods...?

[Reaching up, she brushed one of her blonde bangs from her eyes.]

They exist on a different field to everything else, and use other lifeforms as their tools place them in a better position of power. It is, after all, what all of the major wars are fought over.

Still counts. [ Shrug. It's more than he's gotten the rest of the time he was here. Well, no, second most. Someone threw him in a cave for his own good and made him stay there. He was v angry. ] So what have you been doing?

[ Hugging Sollux tight, Feferi brings up a hand to gently stroke his hair and rub around the base of his horns, just trying to relax him a little. ]

[Finally, a bartender shows up and Ollie orders a glass of whiskey.]

We could just walk over to the next set, see if they don't kick us out.

I'm pretty sure there's some kind of Pac-Man board science happening here.

[She smiles, both relieved that he believes her, and sympathetic for having to deal with all the ridiculousness that is alternate universes and time travel in a short period of time. At least she grew up with it.]

I'd say it gets easier, but then I actually would be lying.

[She's not sure if this is a good idea, but she'd rather get it out of the way now.]

[She knows what it's like to have that secret taken away without a choice, so she does actually feel a litte guilty.]

[ Ah, well, she knew the so-far solid streak of people not being unnerved by her hair was due to run out eventually. Humans. ]

[ There's no good way to get it to stop and to keep it from falling into the dirt - so she settles on letting it hang with the tail end of it twisting up and away from the ground. ]

[He sighs. If she knows... well, there's not much of a point to keep the hood on now. He pulls it off to reveal a distinctly young-looking man of around 25 with a very well trimmed beard of sorts and green face paint slathered across his eyes.]

[His voice is back to normal now which is... really bizarre.]

That's the thing, the UE's really... arrogant? Or maybe that's the AI. If it's scheming to be stupid enough to send in the cabinet after the blanket bombing as proof of how not-scared they are of the Initiative, and how effective they were at wiping us out... I don't know. Unless they set that up, but really, there were five of us and we barely got one of them knocked out to be dragged away.

( She's thought about it, time and again. )

There's a whole post of information Charlie put up back when they broke through his mental maze. The drugs they're on do a real number to their heads, from what I get.
