[He lifts her legs up, holding them in place, and then blasts off. No warning or nothing. There are no safety features on this ride, and if he was in a better mood, he'd joke about that. But as it is, he isn't. So... no go. Just a straight shot into the air.]

[ She's a little surprised and grips on tighter, but at least she's used to it already. She doesn't say much herself, more intent on trying to hold on and concentrate on the landscape and direction they're going in. She's no expert navigator, so it takes a good bit of effort on her part-- though there are landmarks, at least, unlike her home in the ocean. ]

[He waits for her word, slowing down a bit after some time passes, to allow Feferi to maybe be able to navigate him better.]

[ Feferi squints at the horizon until she spots a river. As soon as she thinks she recognized a particular set of curves, she points to a spot along the banks for him to land. ]

[And he starts to decline, as well as slow down. Usually, he doesn't give as much a shit about landing carefully, but he's got precious cargo right now and doesn't want to fuck it up and toss them into a cactus or something.]

[ He's so thoughtful. The closer they get, the more signs of people there are, but not in the immediate vicinity. Once they get close enough to the ground, she lets go and hops off his back, planting her feet in the dirt only for a minute before skipping up to the edge of the river and staring into it. She looks like she might just jump in, but she doesn't. ]

This is it. I think. It's not very exciting right now, is it? Someday it will be, though.

Second largest, actually. It's so weird, with nothing being here and all. I wonder if I buried something, if I could find it when I go back?

[ Probably not. But she hugs herself and looks around and... fulfills the main purpose of the whole trip. It seems like a waste to out all this way just to turn around. ]

I wonder if the baths are still here. They were supposed to be natural. Want to go find them?

[ She scouts out the horizon, then points in a seemingly-arbitrary direction. ]

[ With enough time and a little searching, eventually she manages to find a well-constructed lean-to erected next to a steaming mineral spring, right up against a bend in the river. There are signs of people having been here, and that this might actually belong to someone, but Feferi doesn't care, skirting the fencing and standing next to the pool. ]
