Summary: Weapon practice, aka "Emma does not handle not being instantly good at everything with especial grace."

After weeks of denying it, Emma recognized the signs in herself when they at last became too much to brush off. She was irritable, short-tempered, always on the verge of either rage or tears. The same thing always happened when she didn't have access to her psychic gifts, but this time her telepathy was as intact as it had ever been, and an unexplained, itchy feeling had been growing at the back of her mind. Emma's mind was not something she often found out of her control.

Date & Time: Takes place from September 1st until September 15th—roughly 2 weeks!
Location: This building, which is a few major city blocks away from the Initiative Hold and only slightly tucked away behind some flora.
Characters: Everyone who's interested!
Summary: After Charles' post here, he's recruited everyone that he can to help refurbish this building that he received permission to kind of "take over" from the Initiative. Using all of their combined skills, they will become Captain Planet! restore this building into a functioning school!
Warnings: None!
