Date & Time: The last week or so of October.
Location: Throughout the moonbase! Wherever there are vents.
Characters: Philip and YOU! Also Philip's roommates, probably. Anyone Philip knows can feel free to put an opening post in so he can drop in on you from the vents without warning.
Summary: Philip has retreated into the ventilation system, due to its ease of transportation, warmth, and his continuing inability to function without access to the Gaia Library. He is pleasant enough to interact with, despite his ongoing issues with social convention, but has decided that the vents are a better place to spend his days. Also, he built a spiderweb into his bunk in his dormitory out of yarn.
Warnings: Mental distress, TMI, awkwardness, he's not losing it entirely, he's just very very weird and gets weirder without access to the people who act as normalizing influences to him.
