Now that the all-clear had been given, Charles felt he had a lot of work to do. He was used to being constantly busy, back home at Mordhaus, and it had become clear to him that this was a place for the self-driven. Sure, he'd seen the notices, heard the briefings, and knew that people were expected to train on a regular basis, but when it came to daily life, a man had to make his own schedule. This was something he'd done for years, but it was still slightly jarring to have to build one from the ground up after such a long time used to the same routine.

Either way, within a week of returning to the apartments, he'd managed, and until anything changed drastically, he was going to follow his new routine as best he could, working anyone he happened to meet along the way into it and building up his own personal network.
