Location: Outside around the Hold, various restaurants totally not about to sneak into them, about to cause trouble with some of the merchants. Also enjoying the snow that Jack Frost brought on; be careful, a snowball might be aimed at you.

Summary: Frodo has been caught in the time disruption and aged down to his more rascal, irresponsible days. He'll be getting into trouble.
