[ Castiel had knocked -- that's right, knocked -- on Sam's apartment door, having vacated Dean's apartment the moment he'd returned to his own age. Thank God for that, for more than the reason that Sam wasn't a child anymore... but because Dean, as Sam knows so well, can be difficult to deal with at times.
